This cosplay is entirely made of second-hand materials! (minus the boots and wig I already had)

The body and cape are made by altering a dress from a thrift store, beading materials from a local second-hand craft store, and a scrap of fabric from an old cosplay.

The arms and legs are made from three pairs of pants from the thrift store that I cut up and spliced together.
